With the Quick AdSense WordPress plugin, you can place ads anywhere within a post, even Google AdSense ads. An example of this is in this very post to the right. The Quick AdSense plugin even allows you to place ads on the sidebar of your website, though you can do this manually by placing the ad code within the Text Widget and then placing that widget on your sidebar. The Max Blog Ads plugin is good but their ads appear in the Write Pages (Contact, About, etc.) of your site. Quick AdSense plugin ads do not.
