		<description>I do not delete them. I like seeing that others are liking and linking to my content. That site, starttags, looks a like sketchy so I might delete those (but I do not know if those pingbacks are negatively affecting your site). Checking the source of the pingback is prudent. </description>

Should I be deleting these? Spamming them? Should I leave them where they are? I think I read somewhere that if the pingback is from a spammy aggregator site, it could actually lower my page rank by association.
